The communications center alerted Station 13, 11, 25 and 39 for a residential fire. After the response of 13-8 and 13-2, fireboard advised that they received a 2nd call reporting a working fire with possible subjects trapped in the basement. This report brought Rescue 20 for the RIT assignment. Rescue 20 made the response under Command of Deputy Chief Willis with a crew of 5. Rescue 20's crew took the RIT responsibilities on side ALFA and stood fast. No deployment was needed and Rescue 20's crew was then reassigned to assist with overhaul. Shortly after Rescue 20 was released and returned to service.
